We're hiring: Graduate Social Media & Content Creator (Full-Time, In-Office)

Are you currently at uni, or just graduated and looking for a company that lets you be you, and do what you love? (Which we're hoping is social media, creating content, and having a blast?)
Elephant started in 2016, with a laptop and a then-young founder who hated the stuffy corporate job he had. From there, we've grown and diversified through the care and goodwill we've built with our clients. Kicking off this year, our 10th (!!!), we now have five divisions — mortgage broking, accounting, bookkeeping, offshoring, and our newest addition (get excited), digital marketing and content.

We need a social media wizard to join us full-time, in-office, to drive our content further. You'll be listened to, heard, and given (almost) free rein to test and learn. You'll work directly under Mia, founder of Elephant Digital, who runs both our external and internal marketing — so you'll get exposure across everything from client-facing content to the story of Elephant itself.

We've already built out a full podcast studio (think $50K+ in gear), and now we're expanding it — taking it to external clients across multiple industries, as well as ramping up internal content and building out our divisional partners' personal brands. So this isn't just posting reels — you'll be immersed in production, editing, and new formats across a growing roster of people and businesses from day one.

You'll have a herd of great humans behind you to help you grow, and some genuinely dope equipment to play with (is "dope" still a cool word? Let us know).

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content

• Work on podcast production and editing

• Develop content across new formats

• Contribute to external client content across multiple industries

• Build out divisional partners' personal brands

• Support internal content and Elephant's brand story

About you

• Currently at university or recently graduated

• Portfolio or examples of content work you've done or helped with previously

Along with your resume, we'd love to see some content or portfolio work you've done or helped out with previously. Through the interview process, we might get you to get a bit creative.
