Senior Receptionist

Position

• Mon- Fri - shifts vary between 7am - 1pm, 9am to 5pm & 3pm to 8pm

• 20-30 hours a week available

We require an reliable receptionist to join our Integrated Health Care Clinic.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills – as well as dealing with patients, you will be required to liaise with the practitioners. It is essential that you have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently or part of a team, and able to prioritise and multi-task is a must.

• As the front of house Senior Receptionist you will be responsible for supervising reception staff , general reception duties as well as provide administration support to the team. Experience in admin and customer service is essential.

• Healthcare or medical reception experience is preferred but not essential.

• You will also be responsible for taking calls and messages and dealing with patients. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills both over the telephone and face to face. Also responsible for setting tasks for reception staff and being accountable for practitoners scheduling. The reception can get very busy in peak periods and it is vital that you are able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with clients.
