We are looking for an ambitious Solar Sales Consultant to join our team and help lead the next stage of our sales growth.

Our ideal candidate(s) love to educate and help others by providing tailored solutions unique to their needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in high-volume B2B or B2C telesales.

• Has experience working in a call centre or structured sales environment.

• Is confident handling objections, building rapport and closing sales.

• Is ambitious and looking for a pathway into leadership.

• Enjoys coaching and helping others improve.

• Wants the opportunity to build something much greater, not just manage something.

• Drivers licence and car preferred (for in-home visits).

• Solar experience is beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for a great salesperson first. Experience in industries such as telecommunications, finance, insurance, energy, SaaS or other high-volume sales environments would be highly regarded.

Personal Sales Performance

• Manage your own sales pipeline.

• Close solar and battery opportunities.

• Achieve personal sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

• Lead by example through your own results.

We believe great sales consultants should be rewarded for their efforts and results, hence a competitive base salary that recognises the responsibility of respecting the sales lifecycle and process.

Base Salary

$70,000 + Super

Personal Sales Commission

In addition to the base salary, you will receive an attractive commission structure on your closed sales.

Your earning potential remains uncapped and you will continue to be rewarded for personal sales performance.

Bonuses

Eg: Month 1 = 7 Sales = $2,000 bonus

Eg: Month 2 = 10 Sales = $3,000 bonus

Eg: Month 3 = 12 Sales = $4,000 bonus

$4K Monthly Bonuses = $118,000 OTE + Super
