With an established reputation and strong track record in the Health sector, we are now seeking an exceptional Health Sector Leader to build on this success and lead the next phase of our national growth.

 Reporting directly to the Executive, this is one of the most influential leadership opportunities within our business. You will define the strategic direction of ACOR's Health portfolio, strengthen executive-level client relationships, grow our national market presence and work collaboratively across all engineering disciplines to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

 While Brisbane is our preferred location, we are also open to exceptional candidates based in Sydney.

 About the Role

•  Develop and execute ACOR's national Health Sector strategy, driving sustainable growth and market leadership.
• Build and strengthen relationships with health authorities, government agencies, private healthcare providers, contractors, architects and delivery partners.
• Identify, secure and lead major healthcare opportunities across Australia while expanding ACOR's market presence.
• Work collaboratively across our national multidisciplinary business to deliver complex healthcare projects and exceptional client outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring and market direction while helping build the future capability of ACOR's Health business.

 About You

 We're looking for an established industry leader with the credibility, commercial capability and network to grow a national business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

•  A recognised reputation within Australia's Health infrastructure market.
• Extensive experience delivering and winning major healthcare projects within an engineering consultancy.
• A Structural Engineering or senior Building Services leader is preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing strategic client relationships and leading business growth.
• Executive-level leadership experience with the ability to influence clients, teams and stakeholders nationally.
