About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact real estate in this dynamic, challenging, but rewarding industry. You will learn a variety of skills, not limited to but including understanding the dynamics of buyer demographics, marketing, promoting and developing business. 

You will work within a niche part of real estate, off the plan sales! Where your focus will be on selling, and listing takes a back step.

This is a Sales Associate position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in the new homes and land market.

Weekend work is mandatory. 

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

• Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g. retail, hospitality

• A driver’s licence or the ability to travel, if required (meetings, training and events) 

• A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with a strong desire to learn and progress your career

• A high level of personal presentation

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• The ability to work in a team environment and independently

• Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
