About the Role

As a Sales Associate (Casual), you'll support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from first enquiry through to settlement.

You will gain hands on experience in property sales, client management, and project operations, with the goal of progressing into a fully-fledged Sales Consultant role.

• Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service

• Provide information on the estate to customers

• Gather an initial understanding of the customers' needs

• Assist with the follow up and processing of leads

• Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service

• Participate in weekend and on-site sales activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Genuine interest in property and development

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Available to work weekends

• Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
