CPE Group is looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team on a 11-month maternity leave contract, working 3 days per week.

We provide community and in-home care services across Aged Care, Disability Support, Veterans' Care and Private Care, helping our clients remain independent and continue living safely in their own homes.

About the Role

Working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will assist with a broad range of marketing, communications and community engagement activities.

You will:

• Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Create digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (more specifically Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Write engaging content for social media, newsletters, website updates and client communications

• Assist with social media planning, scheduling and content creation

• Organise & manage our in-house client events & out of office events

  • Small group in-house events including bingo & movies with 10-16 clients each event

  • Small out of office events at cafes for a group social (6-10 clients)

• Support events, expos and community engagement activities

• Attend community events and expos as required, including rare weekend events

• Assist with ongoing brand and website development and content writing

• Help gather client stories and testimonials that demonstrate the impact of our services

• Track and report on marketing campaign activity and performance

• Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation

• Create relationships and effectively communicate with our clients

• Bring new ideas and creative thinking to our marketing and communications activities

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or is currently working towards one

• Has strong written communication skills and enjoys creating engaging content

• Has experience using social media platforms

• Has experience using website platforms

• Is comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite or has the ability to learn (Canva & Figma are similar platforms if you have experience with those)

• Has good organisational and time-management skills

• Is proactive, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team

• Has the ability to clearly communicate with our clients and can build a working relationship with

• Has experience within Aged Care, NDIS, Disability or Community Services, or is willing to develop a strong understanding of these sectors

• Brings creativity and a practical, can-do approach to problem-solving

Most importantly, you will understand that effective marketing in community care is about more than promoting a service — it is about connecting people with the support they need to live safely, independently and with dignity.
