  • Landmark Utilities Consulting is a specialist energy consulting firm. It provides services to residential strata Owners Corporations in respect to procuring embedded network services.

  • We are seeking a second Account Manager to join our growing team based in Neutral Bay.

  • This role involves managing client relationships, supporting embedded network tendering projects and working closely with our operations team.

  • Experience within the strata management sector or Australian energy sector will be highly regarded.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners Corporations committees, strata managers and building managers.

  • Work closely with the operations team to support project delivery and implementation.

  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients and assist the sales team with new engagements.

  • Attend internal sales and operations team meetings.

  • Maintain accurate client records including key contacts, new opportunities and contract renewals.

  Skills and Experience

  • Experience in account management, client relationships or consulting.

  • Understanding of the strata sector, the Australian energy markets or embedded networks will be an advantage.

  • Property or strata management experience would be an advantage.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small professional team.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite capability.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel including data analysis, writing and understanding basic formulas and spreadsheet functions tasks.

  • Comfortable using modern information systems and productivity tools.

  • Australian work rights required for this position.

Workplace Flexibility

This position will be office-based in Neutral Bay for the first six months, with potential flexibility for some remote work thereafter.
