Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our recruitment team as Recruitment Lead - Corporate and Technical.

You'll play a key role in leading and supporting a team responsible for recruiting a diverse range of technical, operational and corporate positions across the business. This is a hands-on leadership position, where you'll manage a small portfolio of roles, while providing direction, coaching and support to the wider team. You'll also work closely with the Recruitment Manager to strengthen processes, improve efficiencies and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of recruiters responsible for technical, operational and corporate recruitment
• Manage your own portfolio of vacancies, taking a hands-on approach throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members
• Help the team prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and maintain a high level of service
• Support the Recruitment Manager with recruitment planning, reporting, workforce requirements and broader recruitment initiatives
• Promote a proactive sourcing approach, building talent pipelines for current and future requirements
• Manage the procurement and ongoing relationships with partnering agencies
