Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and confident Floor Supervisor to join the Mr ROBERTSON team. You will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising and supporting the floor team during busy services
• Greeting customers and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience
• Managing table service, bookings and customer requests
• Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard
• Leading by example and maintaining excellent customer service
• Allocating staff duties and managing breaks during service
• Training and mentoring new and existing team members
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the café
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering requirements
• Working closely with the kitchen and management team
• Opening and/or closing the venue and completing required procedures
• Ensuring food safety, RSA and workplace standards are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Café Supervisor or senior FOH team member
• Strong leadership skills and the confidence to manage a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to train, motivate and lead a team by example
• Experience handling customer concerns professionally
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility when required
• Availability to work weekends and busy service periods
• RSA certificate preferred

This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure every service runs smoothly.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
