Part Time/Full Time Registered Nurse - Carlingford GP practice

We are seeking a well presented Part Time/ Full Time registered nurse to work in Carlingford to help manage the treatment room to provide effective, efficient and exceptional customer service for our friendly medical centre. Reporting to the practice manager, your primary responsibilities will be to provide nursing services to our patients and medical professionals by: 

·         Triaging of patients, wound management, immunisations, health checks + other ad hoc nursing duties

·         Dealing with general patient enquiries over the phone (including bookings) 

·         General office administration including private billing handling

Normal job duties will include:

·         Triaging of patients, wound management, immunisations, health checks + other ad hoc nursing duties

·        Booking and assisting patients (and medical professionals where required)

·         Telephone reception duties

·         Coordinating appointments for doctors and allied health with their patients

·         Keeping stock of inventory and ordering supplies

To be considered for this role, it is desirable that you have:

·         Strong verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

·         Proficiency in English and Mandarin 

·         Basic computer skills

·         High levels of motivation and reliability

·         You will have good organisation skills and have the ability to work independently as well being a good team player!
