Forklift Driver / Yard Hand – Multiple Locations

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers/ Yard Hands for multiple ongoing opportunities across Moorabbin, Springvale and Dandenong.

Our clients operate across a range of industries, including electrical and industrial distribution, construction materials, steel manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Available Locations & Shifts

Moorabbin – Forklift Driver / Order Picker

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Pay: $36.00 – $40.32 per hour + Super

Springvale – Forklift Driver / Yard Hand

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Pay: $36.25 per hour + Super

Dandenong – Forklift Driver / Yard Hand

• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Pay: $41.98 per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts

• Load and unload trucks

• Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse or yard

• Receive, check and put away incoming goods

• Prepare and stage freight for dispatch

• Handle pallets, steel, construction materials, electrical products and other bulky items

• Assist with picking, replenishment, scanning and general warehouse duties

• Perform manual handling tasks when required

• Complete routine forklift and equipment safety checks

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff and supervisors

• Follow all WHS procedures and site requirements

About You

• A valid LO/ LF Forklift Licence

• 2-3 years of experience in operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts

• Previous experience in 2.5-tonne counterbalance.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, manufacturing, construction or distribution environment

• Experience handling bulky, long or heavy materials is highly regarded

• Reliable and punctual work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling duties

• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments where required

• Own reliable transport is highly regarded for some locations and early starts
