Beekeepers Table is a honey and bee-themed café nestled in a historic Australian cottage at the Port of Echuca. Our menu celebrates the use of local and seasonal ingredients, incorporating honey-inspired dishes that reflect the warmth and charm of the Australian countryside.
The Role:
We’re seeking a talented and creative Chef to join our team. If you’re passionate about using fresh, seasonal produce and creating rustic, wholesome dishes with a honey-infused twist, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak times and events.
About You:
Proven experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant setting.
A passion for fresh, seasonal, and honey-inspired cuisine.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
