All Smiles Denture Clinic is on the hunt for a wonderful new team member to join our friendly crew. We operate from two locations—Buderim and Bribie Island—and this position is based at our Buderim clinic.

This role suits a strong communicator who thrives in a busy environment, is organised, efficient, and enjoys a good challenge. You’ll be part of a 9-day fortnight roster, offering great work-life balance. Renumeration will be based on experience.

What's the Job?

You'll be the friendly face greeting our patients, the calm voice answering our phones, and the organisational superstar helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Role Might Include:

• Welcoming patients with a smile (we're called All Smiles for a reason!)

• Managing front-of-house reception duties

• Answering calls for both our Bribie Island and Buderim clinics

• General administration and office duties

• Organising and packing outgoing mail and deliveries when required

• Liaising with dental surgeries

• Data entry/correlation of information for lab work

• Ordering stock and supplies before someone discovers we've run out of coffee

About You:

• Positive attitude and a genuine sense of humour

• Friendly, professional, and reliable

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

• Fast and accurate typing

• Well-organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Previous dental/medical experience is highly regarded

• Computer literacy and experience essential

• Driver’s License required

• Can juggle multiple tasks without actually juggling
