We're looking for an assistant in our Finance Team, in the Media Payables area.
Your day to day:This is a great opportunity if you're looking to kick start your career in finance. You will report into a Media Payables Supervisor and be a member of a large team.
Responsibility for reconciliations and payments of specific media typesMatching, validating and reconciling media supplier invoices to Spectra MD system Issuing all account queries to media buyers promptly, for resolution prior to when the media supplier is due to bepaid Regular bi-weekly chasing of outstanding account queries Timely processing of media supplier invoices for paymentPromptly and courteously resolving all media supplier queries
