Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Build relationships with retail stores & strengthen our reseller network.

• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through post-sale support.

• Represent Pirate Camp Co. at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and vision.

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom, offering expert product advice.

Communication & Administration

• Answer phone calls, emails, and web queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Showroom & Brand Presentation

• Maintain and update showroom displays to ensure a visually appealing and engaging environment.

• Implement showroom makeovers and merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure all products are well-presented, stocked, and ready for demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or outdoor adventure industries.

• A genuine passion for 4x4 vehicles, camping, and off-road adventures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A presentable and professional demeanour, reflecting the Pirate Camp Co. brand.
