Cellar Door Sales and Customer Service

Tamburlaine is the largest Organic Wine Producer in Australia and we offer you the opportunity to become part of a dynamic and progressive Team as we expand an existing and loyal customer base.

We are looking for someone to join our Cellar Door team at our Pokolbin site - in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country who has a genuine interest in wine and takes pride in providing a warm, welcoming customer experience.

There will be weekends involved, naturally, and the prospect of attending some outside events, but who doesn't want an interesting life anyway?

What we need from you:-

That you have....

* a current Driver's Licence

* a warm and friendly style, are confident and entertaining and an active listener

* a professional approach to selling and  demonstrated wine knowledge

* previous experience in in a cellar door, wine retail, hospitality or sales

* the ability to maintain a professional, customer -orientated environment 

* the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team

* confidence and experience with basic IT as well as  clerical and administrative skills

* availability to work weekends and public holidays as well as weekdays as required, both for Cellar Door and outside events
