🚐 About the Role: Disability Support Worker

We’re expanding our frontline team and are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals to deliver exceptional support to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support in personal care, community participation, transport, and daily routines.

• Follow person-centred plans to help participants reach their goals and live independently.

• Uphold the highest standards of documentation, safety, and safeguarding.

• Implement behaviour support strategies (with full training provided).

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and colleagues.

What You Bring:

• A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.

• A full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

• Flexibility and reliability across shifts.

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience in complex or high-intensity support environments.

• Prior work in SIL or community-based roles.

• Familiarity with case management platforms (e.g. Splose).
