Clinical Nurse Manager – Melville

 About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager or Registered Nurse with proven leadership capability and experience in the same or similar role, who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our Residents in a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership across the Facility together with management of all clinical functions to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
• Ensure all care documentation is completed with appropriate strategies implemented.
• Support Residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
• Manage, support, coach, monitor and mentor the clinical care team in the provision of quality care.
• Contribute to the achievement of established goals and objectives with a continuous improvement focus.

About You

You are a confident, compassionate, and capable leader who is passionate about aged care and able to inspire excellence in others. You will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Have experience working as a clinician in Aged Care.
• Have leadership experience in aged care with the ability to influence others to deliver high quality care and customer service.
• Have a high level of clinical knowledge.
• Have detailed knowledge and experience with AN-ACC assessments and documentation.
• Have a sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
• Have full working-rights and the ability to get police clearance.
