Book Keeper - Part Time

Part-Time Bookkeeper – E-commerceplease note this is an In house role only. Luna Rae Jewellery is looking for an experienced and highly capable Bookkeeper to join our growing e-commerce business 1–2 days per week.We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure our accounts are accurate, organised and always up to date.Key responsibilities:Managing day-to-day bookkeeping in XeroBank and credit card reconciliationsAccounts payable and supplier paymentsReconciling Shopify sales, payments and feesManaging Synder → Xero reconciliationsPayroll and superannuationBAS preparation and GST reconciliationSupplier invoices, credits and expensesMonth-end reconciliations and reportingWorking with our external accountantIdentifying discrepancies and keeping accounts clean and accurateAbout you:Strong bookkeeping experienceExperienced with XeroE-commerce and Shopify experience strongly preferredExcellent attention to detailConfident working independently and taking ownershipProactive — able to spot issues rather than waiting to be askedComfortable working within a growing small business
1–2 days per week | Part-time - Flexible for the right candidate We’re looking for someone reliable and experienced who can come in, understand the business quickly and take genuine ownership of the bookkeeping function.
