$70,000 -$75,000 + super (pro-rated for part-time)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Housing Rental Coordinator to manage our growing residential rental portfolio and support the continued expansion of our business.

About the Role

Working in a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our residential rental portfolio.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing residential rental properties.
• Sourcing new rental properties.
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and real estate agencies.
• Conducting routine property inspections.
• Preparing entry, exit and routine inspection reports.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement.
• Rental payment administration.
• Monitoring rental arrears and following up outstanding payments.
• Maintaining accurate tenancy records and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Assisting with the continued growth of the property portfolio.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Experience with tenancy administration.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and property management software.
• A current Queensland Driver Licence with your own vehicle.
