Excellent opportunities now exist for Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Officers to join our team, located in Tullamarine, Melbourne. We are looking for team members who like to look after their customers, with a warm professional personality in this hands on role.

THE ROLE, RATES AND ROSTERS

Customer service officers (CSO) are critical to our operation. Your role involves running our front counter alongside fellow CSOs, processing onsite customers and keys to their vehicles, phone reservations and enquiries, communicating with our shuttle bus drivers and yard officers and supporting those staff with their duties during breaks.

It’s an exciting and varied role, truly enjoyable for the right candidate!

In terms of rates and rostering:

• Both full-time and part-time positions are available

• We run a rotating roster of AM and PM shifts across all 7 days, planned in advance so you can plan your social life

• Weekday base rate is $26.73/hr, rising to $27.58/hr after 6 months. Higher rates apply from 7:00PM – 7:00AM.

• Weekend base rate is $40.10/hr, rising to $41.37/hr after 6 months.

• Public holiday higher rates apply.
