We're looking for a motivated Payroll Officer to join our collaborative and high-performing team. Whether you're an experienced payroll professional or someone with strong administration skills looking to build a career in payroll, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Process weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 15,000 employees and labour hire personnel.
Maintain accurate employee records, including employment, taxation, banking and remuneration information.
Provide exceptional support to employees and managers by responding to payroll enquiries.
Prepare payroll reporting and assist with year-end payroll activities.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
Support compliance with legislative, SOX and company requirements.
What You'll Bring
Previous payroll, accounts or administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
Experience with SAP Payroll.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
High-volume payroll processing experience.
