Group Fleet Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Group Fleet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term business relationships and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing fleet accounts across our dealership network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and securing new fleet and corporate business opportunities.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers.

• Managing the entire sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

• Preparing quotations, tenders and fleet proposals.

• Working closely with our dealerships to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

• Achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Representing the CBMG brand with professionalism and integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous automotive fleet or vehicle sales experience (preferred).

• A proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• A proactive approach to generating new business.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• A professional presentation and customer-first attitude.

• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• A current and valid driver's licence.
