The Role

Seeking a Logistics Operations / Facilities Support Officer to support enterprise logistics operations and facility maintenance activities within a Defence environment. This role will provide logistics, facilities and security support to ensure the effective operation of site-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistics operations including consignment dispatch, supplies acceptance and stock verification activities
• Develop and support movement security and logistics coordination activities
• Coordinate facility maintenance, service requests and infrastructure uplift activities
• Perform supply chain, transport booking and asset management system tasks
• Support on-site security, facilities and logistics operations as required

Required

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, facilities support or integrated logistics support environments
• Experience using ERP, asset management or inventory management systems
• Defence enterprise experience highly regarded
• Explosive Ordnance experience desirable
• Current AGSVA NV2 Security Clearance (Positive Vetting desirable)
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Penrith NSW
