The role

Lead growth across our Salesforce practice, working with major accounts and shaping brand-new opportunities from the ground up. You'll own relationships with senior stakeholders, shape solutions, and drive deals from first conversation to signed deal.

What you'll actually be doing

• Growing ProQuest's footprint inside existing strategic accounts
• Opening new enterprise conversations and building pipeline
• Leading opportunities through to close, backed by our delivery and leadership teams
• Working alongside clients, Salesforce, our delivery team, and our wider Decision Inc. network on bigger, multi-market opportunities

What you'll need

• 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or technology consulting
• A track record of building pipeline and closing complex deals
• Comfort engaging senior decision-makers on real business problems, not just product pitches
• Experience in Salesforce is a plus, but we're also open to strong candidates from enterprise SaaS, CRM, consulting, or other technology services backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to understand complex client needs, build trusted relationships, and create commercial opportunities
