$95,000 to $125,000 + super + quarterly bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance

Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH report-writing days

Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for an occupational therapist to work with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across metro Perth. Paeds, adults or a mix, the caseload gets shaped around your strengths and interests.

We are not running a high-volume burnout model. WFH report and planning days are rostered in because good OT work needs thinking time, not just back-to-back appointments.

• $95,000 to $125,000 + super, plus a quarterly bonus structure that can add $10,000+ a year
• $2,500 annual professional development allowance
• WFH days for reports, planning and admin
• Kilometre travel paid for all outreach
• 4 weeks annual leave plus 2 wellness days a year
• Laptop, phone, software and templates from day one
• In-house supervision, case consultation and mentoring matched to your experience
• Full-time or part-time, with flexibility around FTE

• functional capacity assessments and NDIS reporting
• therapy and capacity building with children and adults
• assistive technology assessments and applications
• sensory assessment and intervention
• home, school, clinic and community-based work
• collaboration with families, support coordinators and our psychology and behaviour support team

• AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist, or eligibility before starting
• a WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
• strong report-writing and documentation skills
• a practical, person-centred way of working

The advertised band reflects experienced clinicians. Early-career OTs are welcome too, with salary set to experience and structured in-house supervision while you find your feet. And if you are aiming at senior or clinical lead work, there is a real pathway here as we grow.
