$95,000 to $125,000 + super + quarterly bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance
Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH report-writing daysSigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for an occupational therapist to work with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across metro Perth. Paeds, adults or a mix, the caseload gets shaped around your strengths and interests.
We are not running a high-volume burnout model. WFH report and planning days are rostered in because good OT work needs thinking time, not just back-to-back appointments.

The advertised band reflects experienced clinicians. Early-career OTs are welcome too, with salary set to experience and structured in-house supervision while you find your feet. And if you are aiming at senior or clinical lead work, there is a real pathway here as we grow.
