As a Principal Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading complex business analysis activities across the Department’s application portfolio for Child Protection services. The role works closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solution requirements. The role provides expert business analysis services through stakeholder engagement, workshops, research and analysis to ensure business needs are accurately captures, documents and translated into effective solutions.
In addition, the position collaborates with business and ICT teams to evaluate and recommend solution options, supports the delivery of application enhancements and projects, and ensures the integrity of business requirements and outcomes is maintained throughout the solution lifecycle.
