About you:

·         Previous experience in customer service an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided

·         Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail

·         Professional, friendly and approachable personality

·         Pro-active and positive attitude

·         Ability to multi-task and work autonomously and as part of a team

·         Computer literate

·         Current automotive drivers license

About the role:

As a Receptionist/Junior Administrator, you will play a key role in being the first point of contact for our customers when they are in need of vehicle smash repairs.

·         Answering and directing incoming phone calls and assisting customers with general enquiries

·         Booking initial quotes and vehicle repairs

·         Liaising with Insurance companies

·         Monitoring and actioning incoming emails

·         Maintaining strong communication with customers ensuring they remain updated on the status of their repairs

This role will be Monday to Friday 38hours per week. Juniors are encouraged to apply.
