CNC Machinist/1st Class Machinists

Camco Engineering provides a range of manufacturing & maintenance services to the mining, power generation and oil and gas sectors.

We are currently seeking to employ qualified and experienced CNC and First-Class machinists, in all areas of machining for our Canning vale workshop in Western Australia.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

• Experience on the following controls: Siemens, FANUC, Mazatrol, Heidenhain and Okuma control systems.

• Knowledge of CNC programming is mandatory.

• Vertical borers CNC.

• Horizontal borers CNC, Union, Wotan, Kearns, Nomura, Elgar mill, table type with Fanuc control with basic rotary table.

• Machining centres, vertical and horizontal.

Prerequisites

• Year 10 education minimum.

• Trade certificate in relevant trade.

• Knowledge of machine shop practices.

• Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship workshop experience.

• Minimum of 3 years working on manual and CNC machines.
