Customer Service Representative

Crosbe is Australia's fastest-growing manufacturer of cementitious grouts and mortars, and we've reached market-leading positions across several of the sectors we service. That growth means our customer service team needs another set of capable hands.

This is the role customers call first. You'll take their orders, solve their problems, and make sure what they need arrives when we said it would. For a small team supplying industrial customers who work to tight schedules, that matters enormously.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside sales, operations and finance, you'll:

• Delivering a consistently exceptional sales experience to customers

• Providing support to the sales team by being the first point of contact for customer enquiries

• Receiving customer orders (via phone and email) 

• Creating sales orders in Ostendo (ERM) in an accurate and timely manner

• Generating daily delivery dockets as required (including pick up dockets)

• Allocation of deliveries (small scale)

• Generating customer invoices

• 1st review of transport supplier invoices

• Processing credit card payments

• Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Crosbe products and services to ensure a superior service and sales experience for our customers

• Actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team focused environment

What you'll bring

• Experience in customer service or administration

• A calm, confident and professional phone manner

• Familiarity with ERP systems, with specific preference for Ostendo experience.

• Genuine attention to detail - our customers rely on the orders being right

• Flexibility to adapt as customer needs shift

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)

• Ostendo exposure is a bonus, not a requirement - we'll train you
