CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to:

• Proactively handle customer queries and quotations via phone, email and in person.

• Booking in deliveries and collections.

• Maintain databases with customer information.

• Invoice creation utilising Myob.

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role or office environment would be beneficial.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and rapport building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Previous experience in data entry, customer maintenance.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Previous experience using Odoo and Microsoft Office would be highly regarded.

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and effective record keeping skills.

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple customer service requests.

• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and meet customer requirements in a busy office.
