The Opportunity

You’ll be one of the first people our patients speak with.

Many of our patients are feeling anxious or vulnerable when they contact us. Your ability to listen, reassure and guide them with warmth and professionalism can genuinely change their experience.

You’ll work across both our physical clinic and our growing digital health services, becoming an essential member of a close-knit, supportive team.

No two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through to follow-up.

• Managing appointments across both in-person and telehealth services.

• Communicating confidently by phone, email and digital platforms.

• Supporting patients through sensitive healthcare journeys with empathy and discretion.

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Coordinating clinical administration and surgical bookings.

• Working with modern healthcare technology and helping improve the way we deliver care.

• Contributing ideas that make our systems, workflows and patient experience even better.

About You

We’re less interested in where you’ve worked than in how you work.

Previous experience in healthcare is highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from exceptional candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation, allied health or other service industries.

Experience That Would be Helpful

• Medical reception or specialist practice experience.

• Best Practice, HotDoc or similar practice management software.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.

• Strong keyboard and administrative skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
