About us

Blend Digital is a growing Adelaide performance marketing agency specialising in Meta and Google advertising for ecommerce brands. What makes us different to other agency's is that we combine media buying with in-house creative production, giving our team hands-on experience across the full ecommerce journey, from analysing performance and scaling campaigns to creating content with clients, products and talent.

We’re currently a close-knit team of three, growing to four, which gives you a rare opportunity to work directly alongside our senior leaders, take on meaningful responsibility from day one, and gain firsthand insight into how an ambitious agency operates and grows. You’ll work across Shopify brands ranging from 6- to 8-figures, learning from people who have scaled both client businesses and brands of their own. One of Blend’s founders also owns and operates a scaling seven-figure ecommerce brand, giving you a unique, behind-the-scenes view of the decisions, challenges and opportunities involved in building and growing a successful brand. All in all, you will have strong exposure and responsibility with performance advertising, creative development, and real ecom insight every single day.

About the role

This is an entry-level role for someone who is excited about digital advertising and ecommerce and is ready to learn quickly. You’ll work across both sides of the agency, gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing and the creative that powers it. Your responsibilities will include ads management, uploading and quality-checking campaigns, coordinating and assisting with content shoots, writing ad copy, developing creative, and supporting client communication and reporting.

As a growing agency, the role will continue to evolve alongside the business. We’re looking for someone who is eager to be coached, willing to take initiative, and excited to build their skills through real responsibility. As your capabilities grow, so will the scope of the role, with opportunities to take on more ownership and progress within the agency.

What you'll be doing

Advertising

• Support senior leaders in campaign management and strategy

• Build drafts in Meta and Google Ads for the team to review (we'll train you up on the thinking behind it)

• Upload Meta Ads

• Complete campaign and ad quality assessments

• Track client creative and performance targets

Creative and content

• Coordinate content shoots: locations, talent, confirmations and scheduling

• Assist on shoot days and help capture content

• Be willing to be on camera at different times

• Help develop ad ideas, creative briefs, and content

• Write ad copy

Client support

• Support client meetings, messages and reporting

• Manage client follow-ups and approvals

Admin support

• Help manage agency scheduling

• Assist with communication and general administration

What we're looking for

• Genuine interest in digital advertising and ecommerce

• Excited to learn about Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify brands

• Interested in both the creative and performance sides of advertising

• Confident and comfortable being on camera

• Strong attention to detail. Meeting deadlines, taking initiative and producing accurate work matter to us

• Good communicator, comfortable in client meetings

• Adelaide based and happy to work from our Glenelg South office

• Keen to learn, be trained, and grow into more responsibility

You don't need deep expertise or experience, if you've got the basics and the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
