About usBlend Digital is a growing Adelaide performance marketing agency. At our core, we're commercially minded: everything we do is built to drive real business results for the ecommerce brands we work with. We run Meta and Google advertising for those brands, and we produce creative in house: content shoots, statics, video, the lot. We're a small team of three about to become four, which means the person in this role gets real responsibility from day one and a front row seat to how an agency actually works.
About the roleThis is an entry level role built for someone who wants to learn fast. You'll sit across both sides of what we do, the ads and the creative behind them: uploading campaigns, QA'ing ads, coordinating and helping run content shoots, writing copy, building statics, and keeping client comms and reporting moving.
We're a growing startup, so expect the role to develop and evolve. We're looking for someone who wants to be upskilled, take on more, and be promoted.
