Is this you?

You’ve been working within the customer service industry for some time, specifically in lending or a related industry. You are able to demonstrate your ability to deliver outstanding service to customers.You have demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure that you are their go to person for when they have questions.Your previous experiences working within a fast pace team environment are clearly evident and you can demonstrate your ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and work in well within a high performing team environment.You have a high level of computer competency with a good understanding and experience in using various finance management systems.

Complete applications with prospective home buyers and refinance opportunities to determine suitable lending solutions.Request documentation from the customer and put together this information ready for the home lending specialist to assess.Working collaboratively with our home lending specialists to be the glue in our team as we guide the customer through their home loan journey.Provide exceptional service to customers, building trust, confidence, and advocacy to help them secure and enhance their financial goals.Continue to develop your skills over time with a natural progression from this role to be a fully qualified Mortgage Broker in our team.

Remuneration
