What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on Leading Hand role. You'll be on the tools while guiding your crew and keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Installing metal roofing and flashings to commercial specifications

• Leading and supporting a small on-site team

• Coordinating daily tasks to keep projects on track

• Upholding high safety and quality standards on site

• Communicating with supervisors and clients as needed

• Setting the standard — in workmanship and attitude

What you'll need to be considered

• Full Australian working rights (essential)

• Minimum 3 years of commercial metal roofing experience

• White Card and Working at Heights ticket (essential)

• Current Australian driver's licence (essential)

• Confidence leading a crew and making decisions on site

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
