The Role
We are seeking driven and results-focused Sales Managers to join our team . This is a critical role responsible for maximising wedding bookings and ensuring the venues maintains full occupancy across all available dates.

You will take full ownership of the wedding sales pipeline—from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking—while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role will be a floating sales role, which will based at The Lodge Jamberoo, but requires travel to other venues each week to fullfill wedding tours and coverage as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming wedding enquiries and convert them into bookings

• Proactively contact leads and schedule venue inspections

• Conduct in-person and virtual tours (phone, Zoom, and social platforms)

• Plan and host open house events

• Maintain strong forward bookings, ensuring the venue is booked out

• Collaborate closely with the Brand Development Manager to drive enquiry volume

• Work with senior leadership to identify and implement sales strategies

• Track and report on all sales activity and performance metrics

About You

• Proven experience in sales (weddings, events, hospitality, or similar preferred)

• Confident communicator with strong closing skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated and fun !!

• Comfortable hosting tours and presenting to clients

• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
