We're hiring a Medical Administrator to be part of this next chapter.

The Role

You'll be the face of our practice — the warm, professional first impression that sets the tone for every patient visit. Working across our consulting clinics, you'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while making patients feel genuinely looked after from the moment they walk in.

Variety, pace, and purpose — this role has all three.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Welcoming patients and delivering a calm, professional experience

• Managing bookings, schedules, and patient flow across clinics

• Supporting clinical staff with daily operations

• Handling data entry, correspondence, and administrative tasks

• Liaising with patients, referrers, and colleagues with clarity and care

What You Bring

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A genuine patient-first approach

• Confidence picking up new systems and technology

• Experience in healthcare or medical administration (preferred)

• Adaptability and a proactive, team-player attitude
