We are seeking a Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is confident leading a large, dynamic team.

This is not just a support role — we are looking for someone with a strong culinary voice, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to help shape and execute menus that reflect our modern, produce-driven philosophy.

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across all services

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large brigade with professionalism and energy

• Contribute creatively to menu development and seasonal changes

• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, flavour, and consistency

• Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Take full control of service in the Head Chef’s absence

• a relevent diploma in hospitality managment # SIT50416 with 1-3 years of relevent experience.

• Proven experience as a Cook in a high-quality, high-volume venue

• A strong creative mindset with a passion for modern Australian cuisine

• Confident leading and motivating a large team

• Calm, solutions-focused, and decisive under pressure

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Deep respect for quality produce and refined technique
