WHAT YOU'LL DOEnd-to-End Delivery — Be involved in every phase: feasibility, concept design, documentation, tendering, and construction.Shadow the Director — Gain exposure to how every part of the business runs, from client pitches to site. We believe that's how good leaders are made. As you grow, you'll take on greater ownership of your own projects.Holistic Design — Integrate interior design, architecture, furniture/styling, lighting, and artwork for cohesive, branded outcomes. We design to workstyle and lifestyle functional brief.Coordination & Collaboration — Work directly with clients, consultants, and the internal team, keeping timelines and quality on track.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORA collaborative self-starter — proactive, adaptable, and genuinely curious about exploring new opportunities within the business rather than staying in your lane.Highly organised — you'll help bring structure to a fast-paced, director-led studio, managing competing priorities and keeping multiple projects on track.Melbourne-based and ready on-site — you'll be coordinating daily with our team and clients, so strong written and spoken communication is essential.Adaptable, coachable individual — 2 to 4 years' experience as a graduate or mid-level architect/interior architect, with runs on the board delivering built projects. Good documentation experience is a must, from 1:200 scale drawings through to 1:5 joinery and junction details.Technically strong in Revit, Enscape, D5, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with sharp detailing and documentation skills.Registration not essential — solid working knowledge of the NCC, planning regulations, and local construction processes is what counts. Structured mentoring toward registration and leadership is part of how we develop our team.
You'll have regular one-on-ones with the Director to guide your development and growth within the studio.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
