St Philip’s College is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Live-In Second-In-Charge Residential Supervisor to join our Boys Boarding House.

About the Role:

The Second-In-Charge(2IC) Boarding Residential Supervisor supports the Director of Boarding in the safe, effective and positive day-to-day operation of the College's boarding program. The position provides visible leadership within the boarding community, supports and guides residential staff, and contributes to a safe, respectful and supportive home environment for boarders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (boarding or similar role ideal)

• A calm, respectful, and consistent approach to guidance and discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work a mix of weekday evenings and weekends and be the first point of contact for Staff

• A valid Working with Children (Ochre Card) or willingness to obtain

• A genuine interest in pastoral care and youth development

Live-in accommodation is provided as part of this role.
