Selection Criteria

• Our ward orderlies play a key role in patient flow and safety. Can you provide an example of how you have contributed to patient safety or quality care in a previous role?

• This role requires balancing multiple tasks such as patient transport, equipment movement, cleaning duties and restocking supplies. How do you prioritise your workload when faced with competing demands in a busy environment?
