Are you a passionate and experienced Front of House (FOH) all rounder/ waitstaff looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry? Look no further! Avocado Brighton is currently hiring dedicated FOH all rounder / waitstaff to join our team at our bustling cafe.

Immediate start available/ Full-time positions available!

Flexible shifts as the cafe opens from 7am to 11:30pm.

Qualifications & experience:

- Minimum 2 years Prior experience as FOH Waitstaff in a cafe or restaurant setting within Australia

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Weekends availability a must

• Ability to follow the staff in-charge and Open Communication with Team Members
• Cultivation of a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
