About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Satellite Supervisor to join our Canberra warehouse team on a full‑time basis.

This role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking and dispatch, and occasional delivery duties. You will operate as the supervisor and 2IC to the site manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Receive stock, unload containers and complete put‑away tasks

• Operate forklifts and other MHE safely, including work at heights

• Maintain accurate inventory and support stock counts as required

• Complete delivery duties and interact professionally with customers when required

• Follow all OH&S, PPE and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and support team KPIs

Heavy lifting and a good level of physical fitness are required for this role.

About You:

Essential

• Current C Class Driver’s Licence

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience

• Understanding of OH&S requirements

• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Desirable

• LO licence

• MR licence

• Experience with warehouse systems and inventory control

• Knowledge of tyre, wheel or automotive distribution environments

You will be organised, safety‑focused, reliable and bring a positive “can‑do” attitude to your work.
