Rory's Group Australia is looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team, providing high-quality café and canteen services within a prominent industrial corporate business in Adelaide's inner northern suburbs.

We are currently seeking:

• 1 x Full-Time Canteen Supervisor (38 hours per week)

• 2 x Casual Canteen Staff

These positions will also support the upkeep and presentation of the site's large staff dining and communal meal areas, with some shifts dedicated to maintaining these facilities throughout the day.

Full-Time Canteen Supervisor

38 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Availability required between 6:30am and 3:30pm

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who can confidently manage the daily operations of a busy corporate cafeteria.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the cafeteria

• Lead, coach and support a small hospitality team

• Prepare fresh food, sandwiches, wraps, salads and hot food

• Produce consistently high-quality barista coffee

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Process cash and EFTPOS transactions

• Order stock and manage inventory

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Ensure smooth and efficient service for our customers

Casual Canteen Staff (2 Positions)

These roles are ideal for experienced café or hospitality staff seeking regular weekday shifts in a friendly team environment.

Availability

• Monday to Friday

• Availability between 6:30am and 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food and beverages

• Make coffee and assist with café service

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service

• Process cash and EFTPOS transactions

• Assist with the day to day upkeep of the wider cafeteria and dining environment

• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

• Keep dining, heat-and-eat and staff facilities clean, organised and well presented

• Support the team during busy service periods

Essential Requirements

Full-Time Canteen Supervisor

• Proven experience managing a busy café, cafeteria or commercial canteen or someone who is willing to take the next step into this role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent barista skills with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee

• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Full Australian working rights

Casual Canteen Staff

• Previous experience in a café, canteen or hospitality environment

• Barista experience is highly desirable

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment

• Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Full Australian working rights
