About the role
At Bellberry, we help enable important health research while safeguarding research participants. Our HRECs play a vital role in supporting ethical, high-quality studies that drive better health outcomes.
We are growing and are looking for Human Research Ethics Committee Officers to join our team.
If you are interested in contributing secretariate support to human research ethics reviews and have experience in administration, secretariate support, and customer service, this maybe a good fit for you. As a HREC Officer, you’ll be part of a team who is accountable for delivering high-quality administrative and governance support through accurate minute-taking and efficient meeting management and correspondence. You will coordinate and host monthly HREC meetings on Wednesday evenings, supporting the Committee chair and contributing reviewers.

About the role
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:
· Provide administrative and secretariate support to Committee Chair and reviewers.
· Provide exceptional customer service support regarding study applications.
· Coordinate any meeting related activities required.
· Ensure seamless support to both application reviews and submitting sites or Researchers.
