The Role:

You’ll deliver fractional CFO services to ambitious $2-50M private businesses, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You’ll be a self-starter with energy, ambition, and a passion for supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and MDs.

What You Bring:

• A qualification from a major chartered accounting institute.

• Extensive experience as a CFO/FD with a strong understanding of commercial finance and business strategy.

• A proven track record of success and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• You’ll be part CFO, part advisor, part strategist—someone your clients trust to be in it for the long-term.

The Structure:

This is a self-employed, portfolio-based role that offers the best of both worlds: the freedom to work independently and the structure and backing of a trusted global brand.

You’ll be supported by a Regional Director and a collaborative team of CFOs, along with national marketing, business development efforts, and your own proactive networking and connections. We help you build and grow your portfolio—while you retain full autonomy in how you deliver value to your clients.
