We’re looking for a capable and commercially minded Fractional Controller to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a CA or CPA-qualified finance professional who wants to build on their commercial experience and take the next step.
The opportunityWork 2 days per week at a client site in MelbourneTake ownership of day-to-day financial control and reportingWork closely with business owners, management teams and our CFOsSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and month-end reportingImprove financial processes, controls and systemsGain exposure to a diverse range of industries and business modelsPotential opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position as the business grows
About youWe’re looking for someone who:Is CA or CPA qualifiedHas at least 3 years of commercial working experience after qualificationHas solid experience in financial accounting / controllershipIs confident with month-end, management reporting, reconciliations and financial controlsCan work independently and communicate confidently with clientsHas a strong commercial mindset—not just a compliance focusEnjoys solving problems and improving processesIs keen to learn, upskill and gain hands-on exposure to different businesses
